Olympians to Receive 42 Condoms and Unlivable Rooms

Athletes scheduled to move in to their respective homes for the olympics have found their welcome to be rather unhealthy. With reports of water running down the halls, a strong smell of gas, and exposed wiring. All to which the mayor brushed off.

This is only the beginning of problems as those training in the water claim it to be raw sewage and burn the skin. Though it is confirmed condoms will be provided for athletes sometimes it's hard to know what is a joke and what's true.
