Theisen's may not be hosting their annual Dog-O-Ween event in person this year, but there's another place you can take your dressed-up pup in 2020!

Critter Crusaders of Cedar Rapids is hosting Dog-O-Ween at NewBo City Market in Cedar Rapids on Saturday, October 31st from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. According to the posting on Event Brite, in order to attend the event, you'll need to make a "donation-based reservation for each pup participating." The post also notes that "each dog can be accompanied by up to 4 humans."

The event will take place in the market yard, which will feature lots of local vendors with various goods and services for your pup. For example, there will be specialty themed treat stations from The Barkery and Kaitlyn's Pupcakes, a spooky photoshoot station from Ritani Kristine Photography, a pet psychic reading station from The CR Psychic Medium, and a pet agility course. You can also expect swag bags, treats, and toys. Oh yeah, and don't forget to dress up your pet in a costume! It is Halloween, after all.

To keep everybody at the event safe, face coverings will be required inside the Market, and strongly encouraged outside in the yard. If you're interested in bring your furry friend out for a day of Halloween fun, you can get more information on the event and make your donation-based reservation HERE.

If you're looking to add another dog to your household, we featured a wonderful pup named Allie for Furry Friday this week! She's up for adoption at Dogs Forever in Cedar Rapids. You can get more information on her HERE.
