Nirvana fans will want to mark a couple November dates on their calendars.  The soundtrack to the Kurt Cobain documentary, Montage of Heck will feature some of the Nirvana frontman's home recordings. The album, Kurt Cobain – Montage of Heck: The Home Recordings, is set for release November 13th.  A week later comes a special 7-inch vinyl featuring his cover of the Beatles' "And I Love Her" and "Sappy (Early Demo)".

The soundtrack will feature early and raw cassette recordings Cobain made alone alongside snippets, short demos, musical experiments and portions of tunes and lyrics that would eventually come alive on Nirvana records. It will be available as either a 13-track CD or a 31-track deluxe album on double-LP vinyl. Both versions will be available digitally.

Blu-ray and DVD editions of the documentary will also come out on November 13th. In addition to a regular cut of the film, it will also be available as a super-deluxe edition. The "super-deluxe" release will contain bonus interviews, the 31-track soundtrack on CD and cassette, a 160-page hardbound book, a puzzle, movie poster, postcards and a bookmark. This edition is the only way to obtain the 31-track version of the soundtrack on CD.
