The weather is improving, and so are the airwaves. Springtime brings longer days, warmer temperatures, flowers in bloom and a bunch of great new albums. During this month of March alone, we are treated with several new albums from some of KRNA’s core artists.

It’s been eight years since Modest Mouse last released a new studio album -- 2007’s We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank. On St. Patrick’s Day, starved fans will be treated to Strangers to Ourselves, featuring the hit single, “Lampshades On Fire”. That very same day, Awolnation will release Run. That album contains my favorite song currently being played on KRNA, “Hollow Moon (Bad Wolf)”.

Brandon Boyd and Incubus will release their first of two 2015 EPs, Trust Fall (Part A) on March 24. “Absolution Calling” is currently getting heavy airplay on KRNA. Death Cab for Cutie finishes out the month with the release of their eighth studio album, Kintsugi on March 31.

Springtime is a time for things to come alive -- that goes for the music too!
