Man Arrested in ‘Drunk Lives Matter’ Shirt

Here's a story you didn't know you needed to kick off a rainy Wednesday morning.

According to Penn Live, "a man wearing a T-shirt that says 'Drunk Lives Matter' was charged with a DUI by Newville police."

Who is this person, you ask? None other than Elwood R. Gutshall III. Now isn't that a name for the yearbook! Mr. Gutshall was arrested with a 0.217 blood alcohol level according to Penn Live. That's a lot of drinks and enough irony in a single shirt to last many lifetimes.

We all have a photo attached to a story that we hope people will never hear about (I know I have a few). But unfortunately for him, Elwood's mugshot is public record.
