Lace up the sneakers. The 5K Rave Run is coming to Cedar Rapids with KRNA!

Just announced: The 5K Rave Run hits Cedar Rapids on Saturday, August 16th. It's the final installment of our 2014 Music On The River series at McGrath Amphitheater. This will be one of the coolest 5K's of the season. I know a lot of you have been working hard this summer, logging miles and training hard. You've got to be a part of this event. The venue will be sweet and the cause is fantastic...

Support Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation. A portion of the proceeds from the Rave Run will go to benefiting their Low Income Scholarship Program. This program allows opportunities for underprivileged kids to take part in camps and programs at Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation.

Following the 5k, there will be live music at the McGrath Amphitheater as the final part of the McGrath Music On The River series.
