KRNA Scores On Thirsty Thursday with the Cedar Rapids Kernels

If you missed the game yesterday, don't worry. Thirsty Thursdays are back all season with 94.1 KRNA and the Cedar Rapids Kernels at Perfect Game Field.

In fact, the team returns to Vet's Stadium next May 3, making it back-to-back Thursdays where you can enjoy a cold beer at the ballgame without busting your bank account.

The team is playing relatively well, and chasing nearby rivals like Clinton who are currently in 1st place in the standings.

Jaymz Larson is back at the ballpark with between-innings fun and games, including the Thursday Flat Screen TV giveaways with First Federal Credit Union.

KRNA is giving away free t-shirts again this Thursday May 3, and signing up fans to win tickets to see HAIRBALL at the Stadium June 9.

Thursdays are also special for college students who can get a special discount with ID that includes a ticket and 2 hot dogs for just $9. It's great to see faces from Kirkwood, Coe College, U of I, and other nearby colleges enjoying the fun.
