It’s Restaurant Week in Uptown Marion and Other Corridor Cities

Restaurants all over Eastern Iowa have special promotions this week in honor of Restaurant Week! According to the Des Moines Register, "Travel Iowa is holding its second annual Main Street Iowa Restaurant Week from Sept. 14-23 in 28 towns across Iowa." Some of the participating cities here in Eastern Iowa include Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Central City, Marion, Davenport, Dubuque, Mount Vernon, and West Branch.

Cedar Rapids has their own Restaurant Week every summer, but there are several spots participating in four major events this week in the NewBo District. BrewNost took place this past Friday, but Brew With a View, CzechFest, and Goulash Days are still to come.

Uptown Marion is another city with lots of restaurants celebrating this week. According to Facebook, "each location will have a different promotion for $20." You can also pick up a punch card at participating locations, and if you eat in Uptown Marion eight times over the course of the week, which includes morning coffee stops, you will be entered to win restaurant gift cards. Those participating restaurants are:
