People began lining up this morning at St. Ludmila's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids as early as 5:30 a.m. The reason? Kolaches! The delicious treats are at the center of Kolach Festival which takes place this weekend.

There are tons of activities going on over the weekend including live music and entertainment, carnival, food stands, car show, local beer and wine and more. But the real stars are the homemade kolaches! Pickup times at St. Ludmila's are as follows.

Friday:  6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday:  7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Sunday:  7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Rember, those times are until the kolaches are sold out! And make no mistake, they'll go quick! Get all the information on the 2016 Kolach Festival HERE!
