Is This Chair Moving Proof That Ghosts Exist? [Video]

A group of ghost hunters has released footage from a recent hunt which they claim shows proof of a ghost in the home they were investigating. In the clip, we see the view from a night vision camera as it records the ghost hunters doing their thing.

Right around the :23 mark of the video, a chair moves, seemingly unassisted. No one appears to touch the chair, but it shifts about six inches to the side.  

Now, this appears as though it would be pretty easy to fake. The guy sitting at the table could have probably reached it with his foot and pushed it. Or there could have been fishing line or string tied to the foot of the chair. Or a bunch of other possibilities.

So did these guys catch some ghostly activity on camera? Probably not. What do you think?
