I Don’t Mean to Brag, But…

The Duke Blue Devils men’s basketball team won another National Championship on Monday night (April 6), knocking off the Wisconsin Badgers, 68 – 63.  It’s the program’s fifth national title, all of which have come under Coach Mike Krzyzewski.  Most importantly, it capped off a terrific bracket for yours truly.

Hopefully you entered the KRNA Million Dollar Bracket Challenge with 1st Avenue Draught House Pub & Eatery.  I captured 48 points and had Duke winning the title.  KRNA’s Coop had a solid bracket, scoring 44 points.  Shark, on the other hand, … well, he was just an utter embarrassment (29 points).  We had several hundred listener entries.  Somebody with the name “acroder” finished #1 in overall points with 50.  I tied for second with four other folks.  But, acroder had Kentucky winning it all.  So, did I actually have the best bracket?  Just sayin’.
