How Do You Handle a Bad Parker?

Have you ever had one of "those" days. You're in a bad mood, hungry, exhausted, and then THIS happens: You walk out to your car and can't get to your driver's side door. Why? Because the person next to you decided to park like this -

So what do you do? Mutter some words under your breath, take a picture, crawl through the passenger side?  Who knows, maybe if you wrote a note, they'd be less likely to park crappy again.
