Happy Mother’s Day Mom!

It's not Mother's Day yet but that's no reason not to celebrate! I definitely took advantage of my position as a radio DJ to do something special for my mom today.

In case you missed it, I called my mom on the air. I thanked her for everything she's done and continues to do for me. She told me (and our listeners) about her plans for the weekend (hint: booze, golf, and gambling...she's definitely my mother) and she even managed to get in a story from my younger years! Thanks mom.....ugh.

Now, I was able to surprise my mom and have her on the radio because of my job but remember, no matter what you do for you mom this Mother's Day, big or small, she's going to love it.

Mother's are so special. They give so much and no matter what you do, they still love you. If you're not able to see your mom on Sunday, be sure to give her a call to let her know you're thinking about her. After all, without mom, there would be no you!
