Google wants to help you figure out what's ACTUALLY wrong with you, instead of just convincing you that you're dying!

I have a problem. Well, I actually have a lot of them, but this is one I will 100% own up to. I am one of those people that avoids going to the doctor by Googling my symptoms. I know, I know, I SHOULD just go see a medical professional right away, but going to the doctor is expensive, and I think something new is wrong with me every other day.

In the past few months, I have convinced myself that I had diabetes, skin cancer, and leukemia. It may sound like I'm kidding, but I'm not. That's what came up when I Googled my symptoms! Thankfully, Google wants to help fix this problem with new search tools, including digital cards. According to ARS Technica:

"The Internet giant will be adding in new digital cards that should pop up above common results when you search for terms like 'stomach ache' and 'skin rash.' The cards are said to contain accurate medical information about common ailments, created with the help of doctors from Harvard Medical School and the Mayo Clinic."

It will first be rolled out on Android/iOS apps and searches on mobile devices, and will eventually work its way to desktop computers.

All I can say is, THANK YOU, GOOGLE. THANK YOU.
