Former Hawkeye Gabe Olaseni Headed To New Team

Former Iowa Hawkeye center Gabe Olaseni has a new team. The big man has signed on to play with the Italian team Dinamo Sassari. Olaseni spent his rookie season in Europe playing in Germany for Brose Baskets Bamberg and the Giessen 46ers.He averaged 11 points, 7 rebounds and nearly 2 assists for the 46ers.

Olaseni averaged nearly 9 points, over 5 rebounds and 2 blocks per game his senior year at Iowa.
