The Marion Heritage Center & Museum is pleased to announce that 20th annual national traveling exhibit of the Embroiderers' Guild of America (EGA), Through the Needle's Eye, is currently on display at the Center.  This juried collection of exceptional embroidery will be at the Heritage Center through October 8.  The embroidery includes traditional as well as contemporary art pieces submitted by EGA members from all over the United States and Canada; judges selected the best to make up the traveling exhibit.  The exhibition in Marion is co-sponsored by the Cedar Valley Chapter of Embroiderers' Guild of America.

Docents from the Cedar Valley Chapter of the EGA are on hand throughout the exhibition to discuss the art and answer questions about embroidery techniques and joining the club.  Check the Heritage Center's Facebook page for regular updates.
