Super Bowl Sunday. The day itself is a holiday for football fans across the world. But at least one company thinks the following Monday should be the day recognized with a day off. The Heinz Company isn't purchasing advertising during this year's big game. Why? They're giving all of their employees Monday off!

That's right. A paid day off to recover from your Super Bowl party. It's brilliant. What employee would turn that down? I know, the big game starts at around 5 p.m. and is done relatively early in the evening, but imagine not having to shut down the party because everyone has to work the next day?

Heinz isn't stopping at a day off. They're going to petition Congress to make the Monday after the Super Bowl a National Holiday. Is it all just a marketing stunt? Well, or course it is. But it's for all the right reasons!
