Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder was at Chicago’s Wrigley Field on Tuesday night (5/12) to perform “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” during the 7th inning stretch. Vedder, born in Evanston, Illinois, has done this before for his beloved Cubs. His first rendition came all the way back in 1998, when he appeared to be quite intoxicated. On Tuesday, the 50 year old was sober and sounding great!

Vedder is in Chicago to perform with legendary rocker, Pete Townshend on Thursday night. The event is called “Celebrating The Who”, and will feature Joe Walsh and Joan Jett in addition to Vedder and Townshend. It will raise money for teenagers with cancer in America.
