What happens when you place 16 pounds of a legal explosive inside a washing machine and hit it with an assault rifle? An explosion. A really big explosion.

The target practice/appliance disposal took place in rural Dubuque County, according to WHO. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) says the whole thing was legal. Still, not sure it was a great idea... just look how far that large piece of shrapnel flew.
