Kayla Banwarth, the former Dubuque Wahlert star, helped the U.S. capture bronze Saturday in women's volleyball.

Banwarth was a collegiate star at Nebraska with a school record 1,706 digs. She plays Libero for Team USA, making her a key player defensively as she roams the back of the court. The U.S. defeated the Netherlands 3-1 and the party was on. Kayla is #2 in the white jersey.

Congrats Team USA and to Kayla Banwarth, another Iowa-born Olympic-medal winner! Who will be next?
