Enough about your need for Head & Shoulders before you drive. The REAL ID program was launched two years ago. According to the Sioux City Journal, only about 1/8 of the state's licensed drivers have switched over the new identification cards. They are designed to help reduce fraud and identity theft.

While not yet a rule, you may need these things to enter a federal building or board an airplane. Sad that I may have to re-do my stylin' state-issued snapshot.

Last time I was standing in line at the "Drivers Lice Bureau," I was told not to smile. Those laid-back workers usually crack some pretty good jokes. The fact that I held it together is simply amaze-balls. When I get my REAL ID, I'll concentrate and bring my grim face to the renewal.
