Dan Auerbach Launches The Arcs (VIDEO)

Apparently, Dan Auerbach likes to stay busy.  You'd think eight studio albums since 2002 with his regular band, The Black Keys would be a sufficient work load.  Auerbach, however, does not appear to be the type to rest on his laurels.  If you've been listening to KRNA, you know he has a side project called The Arcs.  We've been spinning their new single, "Outta My Mind".

The Black Keys released their latest album, Turn Blue in May 2014.  It debuted at #1 and was nominated for "Best Rock Album" at the Grammys.  Over the past decade, the Keys have grown in popularity with a steady stream of albums and tons of touring.  You'd think Dan would be ready for a break.  Not so.  The debut album from The Arcs is called Yours, Dreamily, and will be released September 4th. The album does feature an all-female mariachi band performing backing vocals on several tracks, but it also features the familiar sounds of Dan's voice and guitar.
