Coralville Man Arrested On Prostitution Charge

This is a very weird story, I'm not sure where to start. According to the Cedar Rapids Gazette, "A Coralville man faces a prostitution charge after police said he admitted to paying a woman to have sex with her."

Coralville Police found a woman laying in front of Kum & Go around 3 a.m. on Friday. Police tried to question the woman but she wouldn't speak to them. They did talk to a man who was standing there....And this is where the story takes a twist!

His name is Douglas Winslow. He admitted to the officer that he paid the woman for sex. He said he gave her $120, they had sex, and then she passed out.

Winslow was arrested and now faces up to two years in prison for prostitution.
