Who's ready for a FREE rock show this summer? If you're anything like me, you're getting tired of paying hundreds of dollars to see your favorite band. But that won't be the case this June in Parnell, Iowa!

94.1 KRNA is teaming up with the Parnell Tavern to bring you the 2018 Parnell Music Festival! It's all happening on Saturday, June 16th, on Main Street in Parnell. The one-day event will feature Head East as the musical headliners.

The show will kick-off with local rockers Hard Barney. Cedar Rapids' favorite party band Slap 'N' Tickle will play next, followed by AC/DC tribute act Electric Shock. As mentioned above, Head East will close the night on the 2018 Parnell Music Festival.

Here's the best part: TICKETS ARE FREE! There will be food tents, plenty of ice cold beer, mixed drinks, raffle items, contests, a live KRNA remote broadcast, celebrities, and of course, some really great music.

And I'll remind you one more time: TICKETS ARE FREE! Just show up and have a great time with Hard Barney, Slap 'N' Tickle, Electric Shock, and Head East!

Parnell is a city in Iowa County....it's just a short 7 minute drive from Williamsburg. The festival will take place on Main Street and it's a rain or shine event. Doors open at noon and the music will start at 3 p.m.
