Cedar Rapids Chain Restaurant Offering Spooky Dollar Drinks

We've seen dollar margaritas and dollar long islands, now there's a spooky dollar drink for Halloween!

Applebees restaurants are doing it again! This time with a ZOMBIE drink (cue the spooky sounds). According to their website, instead of zombies chasing you this October, you'll be drinking them. The DOLLAR ZOMBIE is the Neighborhood Drink of the month and it is taking over locations all around Iowa. The drink is a perfect, creepy-looking concoction of rum, pineapple, passion fruit, cherry, and lime. To top it all off it's garnished with a BRAIN!...Well, a gummy brain that is. It's actually pretty cool looking. See for yourself below.

The best part about this drink (besides the little gummy brain) is the fact that it's $1.00... uno... ONE DOLLAR! It doesn't get much better than that. Try one out for yourself this Halloween season at one of the restaurant chain's locations in the Corridor.
