BREAKING: Trey Dickerson Leaving Iowa

The University of Iowa has confirmed reports that point guard Trey Dickerson is transferring.

The sophomore guard was in his first year with the Hawkeyes after coming from Williston State Junior College. Many scouting services had ranked him the top JUCO point guard in the country last year, but he has spent most of this season on the bench for Iowa.

Despite the negligible playing time this season, many had hoped Dickerson would be an important player for the Hawks in the future.

I guess we'll never know.
