October is more than just spooky season. Yes, we all get excited about Halloween-themed activities and trick-or-treating, but October is a month to bring awareness to a disease that has impacted us all, breast cancer.

With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual bowling event in Iowa will take place to raise money to help two local women. One is fighting breast cancer and the other fighting oral cancer.
