The search for missing University of Iowa college student and Brooklyn, Iowa resident Mollie Tibbetts has reportedly come to an unfortunate conclusion. She has reportedly been found dead.

Fox News says the details of where the body was found have not been released. Tibbetts' father, Rob, reportedly flew back to California earlier this week.

A press conference will be held at 4 p.m. tonight in Montezuma, according to KCRG.

The month-long search gained national attention and headlines as days turned into weeks, reward money for her safe return grew to over $360,000 and her father Rob and boyfriend Dalton visited the Iowa State Fair to spread the word.
