I'm old school. When I'm not listening to KRNA in my car, at krna.com or on our mobile app, I like to listen to vinyl or CD. I want to hold the physical copy, look at the artwork, follow along with the lyrics.  It is for this reason that I'll be paying tribute to some of the best album covers of all time.  For Part 1, I'll pay homage to Pink Floyd's 1977 album, Animals.  Here's the original album cover:

To recreate this classic album cover, I rounded up a toy pig, a piece of string, and went out to find some Cedar Rapids smokestacks to take the place of London's Battersea Power Station, where the original album cover was photographed.  How did I do?

As you can tell, this was a very complex and complicated photo shoot. To recreate a legendary album cover, one must have passion, vision, the right lighting... and a 5 year-old kid to help out...
