Adam West, the original Batman turned mayor of Quahog turned Celebrity Deathmatch champion, will be lending his voice to his own unique Lego figurine in the upcoming Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

The official Lego Batman Twitter account made the official announcement earlier today:

West is only the second real-life person to be included in a Lego game, following Stan Lee's appearance in Lego Marvel Super Heroes. Come to think of it, Adam West could very well be DC's answer to Stan Lee: they're both older, successful guys who have tremendous voices and major fan followings. They're perfect foils of each other!

We weren't sure what to make of Lego Batman 3 when we first saw it revealed, but the more that comes out about it the more it's starting to sound pretty cool. As long as there's a ton of characters to choose from and the same witty humor we've come to know from Lego games, we'll be alright with it. Oh, and if they want to include Adam West singing his own name, we're fine with that too.

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham launches this fall on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, PS Vita, PC, Mac, and iOS devices.
