This year's front runner is Wyoming with the bucking bronco. #50 is the Delaware plate which looks like something out of Europe.

The Hawkeye State's blurred baby blue isn't in the top or bottom 10. So nondescript, it didn't get anyone's attention. It does, however show up just fine on the 380 speed cam. Remember when we had the slogan "A Place To Grow" as a state motto? During that era, Dubuque was branded by city leaders as "A Place To Live." Could a kid with a dream have a more boring start?
