A New Cedar Rapids Restaurant is Officially Open [PHOTOS]

And they have BREAKFAST MAC & CHEESE.

I really, truly love our listeners, because they always keep me up-to-date on all the latest restaurant happenings in the local area. This morning, a listener tagged me on Facebook to let me know about a brand new restaurant that just opened up in Cedar Rapids called Gumption.

Gumption. is described on Facebook as a, "hip farm to fork restaurant in Cedar Rapids serving breakfast and lunch. Simple dishes with unique & delicious twists."  Their website says that they, "utilize local farmers for fresh seasonal produce, a local bakery for fresh breads, & get our ingredients as close to farm to fork as we are able." 

I have to say, their entire menu looks incredible, but I'm ALL about their breakfast items. They have Breakfast Mac & Cheese, Egg White Nachos, Sweet Berry Crunch Cakes, and a whole bunch of other delicious-sounding creations.
