The end of an era is just 5 weeks away. David Letterman, who has hosted two late night talk shows over the past 33 years, will do his final Late Show on CBS on May 20th. Letterman, 68, started his late night career in 1982 as host of Late Night with David Letterman on NBC. The show mirrored its host, much more quirky and unpredictable than the legendary Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show. His move from CBS to NBC came in 1993, but the quirkiness remained.

CBS just announced several celebrities that we will see on the show over the final 5 weeks. They include George Clooney, Oprah Winfrey, Jerry Seinfeld, Howard Stern, Julia Roberts, Robert Downey Jr., Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Tom Hanks, Jack Hanna and Scarlett Johansson.
