13-year-old in Des Moines Wants Some Late Night Live Jams in the CapCity

Finn Anderson is not going to take it anymore. This kid in Des Moines, 13, wants access to some live shows. City ordinances don't allow for it, but that hasn't slowed Finn. He's taken a campaign to eliminate "harsh restrictions" regarding underage patrons.

13-year-olds can't be in Des Moines live music venues. But, they CAN be in Chucky Cheese with iPods. So, maybe a compromise in there somewhere?
